ASSUME THAT WE ARE BUSY 1 HOUR BEFORE AND 1 HOUR AFTER ANY APPOINTMENT on the calendar for travel, prep time ahead of a meeting, meetings that go overtime, lunch, etc. Our working hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but the ideal times to book a meeting are between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, or 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm.
