For lateness beyond the agreed payment terms, our policies are as follows:
30-119 days late: Until balances are paid, work on (all) current projects is suspended and lead-times are reset; and new proposals are contingent on an 80% retainer.
120+ days late: Matter is referred to a collection agency. If that does not bring resolution, invoices <$35,000 are brought to small claims court.
